Looking for a great day out? The Barossa History Fair will be held again this year at the Angaston Town Hall on Sunday 1st May. There’s something for everyone, with displays by local and statewide history groups. There are performances showcasing traditional music, dancing and skills, exhibitions of photography and the ever-popular vintage cars and machinery. There will also be a scavenger hunt for the children.
Last year’s History Fair was a big success. The Rechner Cottage Conservation Association team was there, and we really enjoyed meeting and chatting with visitors and other exhibitors. Come along and say ‘hi’!
The fair will be held biannually – the next one will be held in 2024.
